I can schedule in advance and payment without his involvement other than me getting in touch by phone when he will be picked up. Love the personalized service. I booked a ride to Palafox market. It was important for the driver to be on time and he showed up perfectly on schedule. He drove responsibly and was easy to talk to the whole drive. You can tell this is a family owned and operated company by the way they run the business. They don’t act like they’re just there to make a buck. For what it’s worth; I’ll never ride Uber again in Pensacola. FYND is cheaper and wayyy easier than Uber.
This company has been an absolute life saver for me with my new job! The prices are great, the wonderful woman who drives me is great, and I cant recommend this company enough.
